At Waterdrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hydration solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all filters, accessories, and manuals that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
